The Procurement Services Group (PSG) is comprised of three main branches and a Policy, Procedures and Compliance Unit (PPCU).
The Purchasing Branch is responsible for the purchase, lease or rental of goods and general services with the exception of land and buildings.
The Contract Administration Branch assists in the acquisition of professional services through various contracting methods such as a Request for Proposal.
The Materiel Management Branch maintains a Supplies and Equipment Warehouse, Maintenance Warehouse, and provides delivery of supplies and equipment to schools and offices.
PPCU develops and maintains District-wide procurement policy and procedures, conducts internal compliance verification, oversees the District P-Card Program and employee travel, as well as, provides procurement training for District schools and offices.
It is through these branches and units that PSG supports the District's Schools and Offices though the most efficient procurement and delivery methods.
