Rental of Non-District Facilities is an integral part of the RFP Unit. The purpose of this area is to manage all non-rental District facility activities for the District’s sponsored training events, catering services, meetings, graduations, and other educational or administrative purposes for staff development. We negotiate price, terms, and conditions of rental facility agreements with various hotels and non-District rental facilities and interact with local districts and individual schools. In addition, we identify new non-District facilities to be utilized.
